ESI played a tactical role in Lincoln Motor Company’s launch of two new luxury models to the dealers. The veteran ESI team was responsible for the set-up, staffing, and management of seven closed driving courses and one extended scenic street drive.
We coordinated all vehicle activities, sourced the competitive cars, inventoried, detailed, and road-tested each unit. We inspected every wheel, tire, and brake pad as well as every key, manual, plate, and peripheral device used to demonstrate the features and functions of these amazing models.
ESI was honored to collaborate with Lincoln’s agency partners to deliver an excellent and memorable experience to their important guests.

ESI was proud to support the Rolls-Royce Global Communications team with the international introduction of their incredible, bespoke Black Badge motorcars. Automotive journalists from around the world were invited to experience the automobiles in a “night-in-the-life” experience of the Black Badge customer,
From helicopter sorties, night photography on The Strip, alpine drives, and racetrack testing, ESI facilitated all aspects of vehicle management. Round the clock media access to the program cars and professional event staffing at every location, kept the ESI team busy. The biggest challenge: procuring shop equipment for changing tires on never-before-seen carbon-alloy wheels, which we solved.

VW and Audi combined their fleet buyers preview programs into one grand event in the beautiful countryside of Northern Virginia. ESI was responsible for keeping all the program cars in perfect condition in every facet. Our experienced team developed amazing drive routes to demonstrate the vehicles’ attributes dotted with convenient and interesting driver change stops.
ESI unveiled launched our new Event Management Center (EMC) to maximize the sampling for all participants by coordinating the dynamic car swaps in a seemingly free-flow, yet tightly managed customer experience.

An historic event for an iconic brand, created this once-in-a-lifetime celebration of 4WD, mud, dirt, sand, salt, and power. ESI was engaged to support the FCA PR team throwing this party. Our PR launch logistics team provided expert vehicle management, site selection services, drive-route planning and vehicle display and staging for Jeep’s 75th anniversary.
