Care

Account Managers routinely communicate and work directly with clients and their agencies to quickly and efficiently handle all requests, generate reports and maintain budgets and billing.

Our trained staff of Brand Ambassadors live and dress the part as they deliver vehicles to top tier media daily, conduct walk-arounds, answer questions and follow-up if needed.

Brand-appropriate Chauffeurs safely drive A-List celebrities and influencers to high-profile and red carpet events.

Custody

Certified in-house technicians conduct a detailed inspection to ensure they remain in pristine condition. Findings are provided to client engineers and other required designates.

Break-in miles, when required, are properly driven and choreographed to meet deadlines.

Prep prior to each vehicle move includes a 214+ point inspection, repairs if needed, exterior hand-wash/wax and interior cleaning, including engine compartments to ensure pristine deliveries.

Control

All employees undergo a pre-employment drug screen, MVR and criminal background checks.

MVR checks continue on an annual basis for all employees.

Any employee involved in a collision is required to take a same-day, post-accident drug screen and undergo an accident review with regional EVPs and HR.

Every office conducts a monthly safety/risk control inspection.
