SEAN HENSLEY - Chief Financial Officer
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Sean launched himself into a staff accountant position at Isuzu Technical Center Motors in Plymouth, MI. ESI was fortunate to secure Sean’s fiduciary talents in 2004. He served as VP Finance from 2010 to 2016, when he was promoted to CFO.
Complementing Sean’s management skills is a deep understanding of our clients’ occasionally “unique” needs: the outrageous and unconventional creativity our clients employ to create spectacular media launches. Thanks to Sean’s creativity, ESI is always prepared to provide complex financial analysis, audit, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Sean is passionate about his responsibilities ranging from supervising daily accounting, payroll, and purchasing operations to big-picture analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing. Being bi-lingual in both the event production and third party purchasing languages, Sean is an essential link to project success.
When not crunching numbers, Sean and his wife are busy with two kids (6 and 9) at the local links, rinks, and diamonds. When the athletes finally wind down, Mr. and Mrs. Hensley enjoy boating, international travel, and exploring themany wonderful restaurants of southeast Michigan.

TELMO CALCADO - EVP Mid-Atlantic Region
In our niche in the automotive industry, Telmo is very well known for being...very well known. A man of many talents and even more relationships, Telmo is the go-to guy when the challenge seems impossible (which is frequent in this space). If he can’t do it himself, he knows a guy…
Telmo has a classically trained eye for style, form, and beauty developed in architectural studies. He has a practically trained eye for detail, connections, and opportunities. His talents for just getting things done often leave clients, and colleagues speechless—much preferred by Telmo anyway!
He has been a senior manager in the ESI system going back to 1996, when he made himself indispensible troubleshooting a complex Port Authority challenge. Since then he has managed every aspect of fleet operations and PR Launch logistics up and down the east coast. As EVP, Telmo manages the Washington DC region with territory stretching as far north as Philadelphia and west to Pittsburgh, and all the way south into the Carolinas Born and raised in Newark, NJ Telmo attended Pratt School of Architecture in Manhattan, and raised a family (twins) in NJ and MD. The twins (now in their 20s) work with Telmo in the fleet and PR Launch division along with long-time ESI manager Patricia Calcado, his wife/their mom. You could say it’s a family business.
